Terms of Service

This website is operated by RoamioPass. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RoamioPass.

RoamioPass offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through roamiopass.com, subject to your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing an eSIM or other product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the website, including visitors, customers, and other users of our Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.

By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access the website or use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF SERVICE

By using our website or purchasing from RoamioPass, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not use the website in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You must not transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, or any other technology intended to interfere with the operation of the website or Services.

A violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or cancel Service where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, payment disputes, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or misuse any portion of the Service without our prior written permission.

Your use of third-party networks, telecommunications providers, payment processors, and other service providers may also be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

SECTION 3 – ESIM PRODUCTS

RoamioPass primarily provides digital eSIM products that allow customers to access mobile data services through participating telecommunications networks.

An eSIM is a digital product and does not require physical delivery.

Product features may vary depending on the selected plan, destination, network provider, data allowance, and validity period.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product details before placing an order.

SECTION 4 – DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Before purchasing an eSIM, you are responsible for verifying that your device:

  • Supports eSIM technology;

  • Is carrier-unlocked where required;

  • Supports the applicable network frequencies;

  • Is not subject to restrictions preventing eSIM use; and

  • Meets any additional requirements described on the product page.

RoamioPass does not guarantee that every device will be compatible with every eSIM product.

Failure to verify device compatibility does not entitle the customer to a refund after the eSIM has been delivered.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion where reasonably necessary.

This may include orders affected by:

  • Pricing errors;

  • Product unavailability;

  • Technical issues;

  • Payment verification concerns;

  • Suspected fraud;

  • Duplicate transactions;

  • Supplier restrictions; or

  • Other fulfillment issues.

If we cancel an eligible order before delivery, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on roamiopass.com are subject to change without prior notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed.

Additional charges may apply depending on the customer's payment provider, bank, currency conversion, card issuer, or other third-party service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information.

An order may not be processed or delivered until payment has been successfully confirmed.

SECTION 7 – DIGITAL DELIVERY

RoamioPass delivers eSIM products electronically.

Delivery may include:

  • Email delivery of a QR code;

  • Delivery of installation or activation information;

  • Display of the eSIM through the website or customer account; or

  • Another electronic delivery method.

An order is considered delivered once the eSIM, QR code, or information necessary to install or use the eSIM has been successfully sent or made available to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address and other required order information.

SECTION 8 – ACTIVATION AND INSTALLATION

Customers are responsible for correctly installing and configuring their eSIM.

Installation requirements may differ depending on the device, operating system, destination, and telecommunications provider.

Customers should carefully follow the installation instructions provided by RoamioPass.

You should not delete an eSIM after installation unless instructed to do so, as some eSIM profiles may not be recoverable or reinstallable.

RoamioPass may provide reasonable troubleshooting assistance but cannot guarantee successful installation where device restrictions, customer settings, unsupported hardware, or third-party network limitations are involved.

SECTION 9 – VALIDITY AND DATA USAGE

Each eSIM plan may have a specific validity period, data allowance, activation condition, or usage limitation.

The validity period may begin at purchase, installation, activation, or first connection to a supported network depending on the applicable product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product-specific terms before purchase.

Unused data, expired plans, or unused portions of an eSIM are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 10 – NETWORK COVERAGE AND PERFORMANCE

RoamioPass relies on third-party telecommunications operators and network providers to provide mobile connectivity.

Network availability, coverage, speed, signal strength, latency, and quality may vary based on factors including:

  • Geographic location;

  • Local network coverage;

  • Network congestion;

  • Device compatibility;

  • Weather or environmental conditions;

  • Building construction;

  • Network maintenance;

  • Telecommunications outages; and

  • Local regulations.

RoamioPass does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, a minimum speed, or continuous access to a specific network operator.

Availability of 5G, 4G, LTE, or other network technologies may vary by location and device.

SECTION 11 – ROAMING AND DEVICE SETTINGS

Some eSIM products may require data roaming to be enabled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct eSIM is selected for mobile data and that device settings are properly configured.

RoamioPass is not responsible for charges incurred through a customer's primary mobile carrier or another SIM due to incorrect device settings or network selection.

Customers should disable data roaming on their primary SIM when appropriate to avoid unintended carrier charges.

SECTION 12 – RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

RoamioPass eSIMs are digital products.

All sales are considered final once the eSIM has been successfully delivered.

Once the eSIM QR code, activation details, or other necessary digital information has been delivered or made available, the order is generally no longer eligible for cancellation, exchange, return, or refund.

This applies whether or not the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used.

Eligible refund requests before delivery must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

For complete details, please review our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 13 – CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order.

This includes your:

  • Name;

  • Email address;

  • Billing information; and

  • Any other information required to process or deliver your order.

SECTION 15 – FRAUD AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

RoamioPass may review, delay, cancel, or refuse transactions where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

We may request additional verification before fulfilling certain orders.

Customers should contact RoamioPass support if they experience a payment or order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or misuse of payment dispute systems may result in suspension or restriction of future purchases.

  • Telecommunications operators;

  • eSIM suppliers;

  • Payment gateways;

  • Banks;

These Terms remain effective while you access or use RoamioPass Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses the Service, or poses a security or operational risk.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
